On April 20, 2025, Rep. Pfluger extended Easter greetings, referencing a passage from the Bible. He posted, "Happy Easter! As Matthew 28:6 says: 'He is not there, for he has risen, as he said.' May God bless you and your family this Easter Sunday."
Later that day, Pfluger, along with his wife Camille, reiterated their Easter well-wishes. He stated, "Happy Easter from my family to yours. Camille and I pray you have had a joyous day spent with loved ones. Praise God for the empty tomb. He is risen!"
On the following day, April 21, 2025, Rep. Pfluger expressed his condolences on social media following the death of Pope Francis. He wrote, "I am saddened to hear of the passing of Pope Francis. My heart goes out to the Catholic Church during this time of mourning and transition in their leadership. May he rest in peace."
Pfluger, aged 44 and born in Houston, Texas in 1978, has been a Texas congressional representative since 2021, a role previously held by Mike Conaway. He currently resides in San Angelo.
