Enrollment Analysis: white students comprised 52.3% of Mullin ISD schools' student body in 2022-23 school year

There were 101 white students enrolled in Mullin ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 6.3% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Mullin ISD schools welcomed 193 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, white students comprised 52.3% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Mullin ISD roughly covers schools within Mills County and has a main office in Mullin.

Among the four schools in Mullin ISD schools, Mullin Main recorded the highest enrollment of white students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 75 students.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
