The Mineral Wells City Council will conduct a first Public Hearing at 3:00 pm on Friday, August 14, 2020, at 115 SW 1st Street, Mineral Wells to discuss the proposed tax rate, proposed budget, and possible budget line item increases for the City of Mineral Wells 2020/2021 Annual Budget.
