Name: Childbirth Class 3-Part Series

Cost: Free
This 3-class series is designed to help expecting parents prepare by covering a wide-range of helpful topics including: the labor process, breathing and relaxation, pain management options, cesarean sections, post-partum care, comfort techniques and more. An epidural video is included in this class. Attendees will also receive a tour of the perinatal services area. A birthing partner is encouraged to attend class with you. Bring two pillows and a blanket to the second class.
